PMPL is looking for an Application Engineer (AE) underthe Jade team. The AE needs to have strong technical aptitude withexceptional business process skills. The AE will be responsible forvarying levels of the following: business analysis, requirementsgathering, process mapping, ansible scripting, systemconfiguration, testing, analytics, agile, and integration. Theywill work on a Scrum and/or Kanban team and are typically a ‘jackof all trades, master of at least one’. This role will becomeversed in emerging technologies (e.g. S4/HANA, API, Mobile,Microservices, Cloud). The AE responsibilities include: Interfacingwith POS and BOs, documenting. Translating requirements to ADMpartner for execution. This translates to working with MSP todeliver solutions. Working with vendors and other Platforms/ PLs toimplement solutions. Support expanded EcoSys workload (deploymentsto new BUs) in 2024 and beyond. Support Small Project PPM solutions(Prometheus) pilot Collaborated/relieve existing AE on additionalworkload related to working with SLM on packaged apps (MileStonePro, Questor, etc.). Requisitos e qualificações: Minimum of 3 – 4years’ experience. Required Technical Skills Develop domainknowledge and business process understanding. Work with productowner and stakeholders to elicit business requirements and refineinto actionable plans. Design systems that meet customer needs andalign to architecture guardrails. Configure and integratevendor-sourced enterprise software with other internal systems.Actively participate in an integrated DevOps Team utilizing Agilemethodologies with a strong change management focus. Provide dailyoperational support for multiple applications by troubleshootingincidents, identifying root causes and solutions, resolvingproblems, designing, and implementing configuration changes, andmonitoring performance. Communicate proactively and respond quicklyto production issues and project work with a strong customer focus.Monitor interfaces/data loads, administer security, and providefeedback/solutions on application performance. Identify areas forimprovement and collaborate with team members to address tacticaland strategic issues.
