PMPL is looking for an Application Engineer (AE) underthe Jade team. The AE needs to have strong technical aptitude withexceptional business process skills. The AE will be responsible forvarying levels of the following: business analysis, requirementsgathering, process mapping, ansible scripting, systemconfiguration, testing, analytics, agile, and integration. Theywill work on a Scrum and/or Kanban team and are typically a ‘jackof all trades, master of at least one’. This role will becomeversed in emerging technologies (e.g. S4/HANA, API, Mobile,Microservices, Cloud). The AE responsibilities include: -Interfacing with POS and BOs, documenting. – Translatingrequirements to ADM partner for execution. This translates toworking with MSP to deliver solutions. – Working with vendors andother Platforms/ PLs to implement solutions. – Support expandedEcoSys workload (deployments to new BUs) in 2024 and beyond. -Support Small Project PPM solutions (Prometheus) pilot -Collaborated/relieve existing AE on additional workload related toworking with SLM on packaged apps (MileStone Pro, Questor, etc.).Requisitos e qualificações: Minimum of 3 – 4 years’ experience.Required Technical Skills – Develop domain knowledge and businessprocess understanding. – Work with product owner and stakeholdersto elicit business requirements and refine into actionable plans. -Design systems that meet customer needs and align to architectureguardrails. – Configure and integrate vendor-sourced enterprisesoftware with other internal systems. – Actively participate in anintegrated DevOps Team utilizing Agile methodologies with a strongchange management focus. – Provide daily operational support formultiple applications by troubleshooting incidents, identifyingroot causes and solutions, resolving problems, designing, andimplementing configuration changes, and monitoring performance. -Communicate proactively and respond quickly to production issuesand project work with a strong customer focus. – Monitorinterfaces/data loads, administer security, and providefeedback/solutions on application performance. – Identify areas forimprovement and collaborate with team members to address tacticaland strategic issues. – Develop and maintain support documentation.- Ensure IP Compliance on systems and software as appropriate.Informações adicionais: 100% Remoto Global project – Fluent Englishis mandatory, Spanish in nice to have Work time: 10AM – 7PM Localde Trabalho País: Brasil – Modo de trabalho: Remoto
