PMPL is looking for an Application Engineer (AE) under the Jade team.

The AE needs to have strong technical aptitude with exceptional business process skills.

The AE will be responsible for varying levels of the following: business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, ansible scripting, system configuration, testing, analytics, agile, and integration. They will work on a Scrum and/or Kanban team and are typically a ‘jack of all trades, master of at least one’. This role will become versed in emerging technologies (e.g. S4/HANA, API, Mobile, Microservices, Cloud).

The AE responsibilities include:

  • Interfacing with POS and BOs, documenting.
  • Translating requirements to ADM partner for execution. This translates to working with MSP to deliver solutions.
  • Working with vendors and other Platforms/ PLs to implement solutions.
  • Support expanded EcoSys workload (deployments to new BUs) in 2024 and beyond.
  • Support Small Project PPM solutions (Prometheus) pilot
  • Collaborated/relieve existing AE on additional workload related to working with SLM on packaged apps (MileStone Pro, Questor, etc.).

Requisitos e qualificações:

Minimum of 3 – 4 years’ experience.

Required Technical Skills

  • Develop domain knowledge and business process understanding.
  • Work with product owner and stakeholders to elicit business requirements and refine into actionable plans.
  • Design systems that meet customer needs and align to architecture guardrails.
  • Configure and integrate vendor-sourced enterprise software with other internal systems.
  • Actively participate in an integrated DevOps Team utilizing Agile methodologies with a strong change management focus.
  • Provide daily operational support for multiple applications by troubleshooting incidents, identifying root causes and solutions, resolving problems, designing, and implementing configuration changes, and monitoring performance.
  • Communicate proactively and respond quickly to production issues and project work with a strong customer focus.
  • Monitor interfaces/data loads, administer security, and provide feedback/solutions on application performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with team members to address tactical and strategic issues.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation.
  • Ensure IP Compliance on systems and software as appropriate.
